  • A new TG on the Vitrigel test method for eye irritation testing
  • Updating TG 442E with the new in vitro IL-8 Luc assay and myeloid U937 test (U-Sens™) for identifying the skin sensitisation potential of chemicals
  • Updating TG 442D on in vitro skin sensitisation antioxidant responsive element (ARE)–Nrf2 luciferase test methods, including LuSens
  • A new TG for toxicogenomic analysis on three-dimensional reconstituted epidermis for measuring skin sensitisation potency (the SENS-IS assay)
  • A new performance-based TG on Defined Approaches for skin sensitisation
  • A new guidance document on developmental neurotoxicity (DNT) in vitro assays
